Collaborate with student’s current math teacher to identify areas of strength and weakness, quickly identify individual learning style, and track achievement level.
Reteach lessons learned in current math class as well as provide homework help and studying for exams.
May review content from previous year or introduce content for upcoming year.
Free Student Membership for duration of tutoring.
Live tutoring session will be uploaded into a private video library for the student within 24hrs.

AKA, Small group or Pod tutoring.
Collaborate with student’s current math teacher to identify areas of strength and weakness, quickly identify individual learning style, and track achievement level.
Reteach lessons learned in current math class as well as provide homework help and studying for exams.
Minimum class is size 5 students in the same math level, at the same school.
Rates for group tutoring are at least ½ the price of private tutoring in your geographic area.
Free student membership for duration of tutoring.
Must sign up for 1 semester with minimum of 1/week tutoring.
Live tutoring session will be uploaded into video library after 24hrs in case you miss it.

Middle school students can become very isolated when studying especially for mathematics. It’s important that they learn how to collaborate with one another. Sharing ideas, asking for and providing help to one another and learning how to communicate with teachers are key skills in the enjoyment and success of mathematics.

Math Awakening aims to teach these skills in small breakout groups virtually as well as provide a safe community where students feel supported while still being challenged.

Access to recorded Live video library – Library will be built for Common Core Standards grades 4-8 over time. This allows the reinforcement of current standards as well as remediation and enrichment opportunities. Membership gives access to all grade level libraries. Each grade level has its own color assigned to it.
Fun Friday live interviews – Lively and engaging 30-minute interviews with esteemed industry experts who use math in their jobs. Available in the video library.
Breathing and yogic techniques to reduce stress and anxiety in video library.
8th grade college readiness coaching calls – tips and tricks for building your high school resume – in video library.
Student dashboard lets students tag their favorite videos and shows parents which videos were watched and how long was spent on each one.
